SunLED reveals a new super thin right angle SMD package; XZxx151W Series. Taking advantage of the latest compact
chip technology, this LED has a footprint of 1.6mm x 0.9mm at a super thin 0.2mm package height. This new package
is 66% thinner than our current thin, 0.6mm SMD package, bringing advantages for engineers looking for an extremely
low profile solution.
Available in a range of colors (red, yellow, green, blue, white), with a low profile height and a wide viewing angle rang-
ing from 130°-160°, this LED is exceptional for fitness wearables, medical devices, membrane switches and consumer
devices. Excellent choice to use on compact, ultra-thin and nanoscaled illumination designs.
